Last night's music concert was outstanding! A special thanks goes out to Mr. Reist and Mrs. Landgren for their hard work and preparation in making this event a success. The students delivered a heartwarming musical performance that truly delighted the audience.

Our cooks at NLC had a stocking coloring contest last week and a winner was chosen from each lunch group. The winners got to help choose the lunch menu for a day in January. Look for the winners and their choices on the January lunch menu.The kids have also enjoyed surprise appearances this week by a naughty kitchen elf.

This week at Northern Heights
NLC Wildcats came up with three wins last night against Hartford. Both jv teams along with the varsity girls came out on top. Varsity boys played hard for four quarters but couldn't quite overcome the jaguars.
NLC girls game for Thursday December 12th, has fallen through and we will not be able to play our extra game.
NLC Girls' basketball team has picked up a game for this Thursday, December 12th. We will be playing JV and Varsity games beginning at 5:00 p.m. We will be hosting Burlingame. Location of NLC or NHHS is still being finalized. This is only girls games, and no C game will be played.

For the 35th year Northern Heights high school students and staff welcomed seniors from across the district for the Seniors Citizens Christmas dinner.
This long standing tradition is a one we cherish and look forward to all year.
